Luis & Elizabeth Excursions acts exclusively as an intermediary or seller of tours and tourist activities offered by third parties. We do not operate our own excursions nor own boats, transportation, equipment, or facilities used during the activities.

2. Role as Intermediaries
Our role is to facilitate the booking and coordinate contact between the client and external tour service providers. The execution, operation, safety, and responsibility of each excursion lie directly with the provider offering the service.

Luis & Elizabeth Excursions is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, accidents, or changes made by the providers.

3. Reservations

• All bookings are subject to provider availability.

• Clients must provide truthful and complete information at the time of booking.

• The excursion is confirmed once the provider accepts the request and the corresponding payment is completed.

4. Payments

• Published prices may vary depending on season, availability, or provider policies.

• Payments may be partial or full, as indicated by the provider.

• By making a payment, the client accepts the specific conditions of the selected excursion.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies depend directly on the excursion provider.

• Luis & Elizabeth Excursions does not guarantee refunds outside the provider’s conditions.

• In case of cancellation due to weather or other external causes, the provider’s policies will apply.

6. Changes to Excursions
Providers reserve the right to modify schedules, routes, itineraries, or activities for safety, weather, or logistical reasons. Such changes do not create any liability for Luis & Elizabeth Excursions.

7. Liability
Luis & Elizabeth Excursions assumes no responsibility for:

• Injuries, accidents, or losses during the excursion

• Personal, material, or economic damages

• Direct failures by the provider

Clients participate at their own risk and agree to follow the provider’s rules and recommendations.

8. Client Requirements

• Follow the safety instructions provided by the tour operator

• Inform of any relevant medical conditions prior to the excursion

• Adhere to schedules and designated meeting points
